Provide labor, supplies, and equipment as needed to use a vibratory plow with a 60'' blade to sever root grafts between oak wilt infected trees and uninfected trees to isolate disease centers. Treatment will be accomplished on approximately 374 centers divided into 9 areas within 24,042 acres located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a minimum of 4 areas to be completed and a maximum of 9 areas. Approximate date of release is 29 May 1996. Request for quotation (RFQ) must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package.
