Meade, Maryland in accordance with the specifications. Contractor personnel will be required to be certified as technicians for the specific equipment and instrumentation. The proposal schedule will consist of a base effort, and one (1) additive effort, which may or may not be ordered for emergency repairs. The base year of performance is to begin 01 October 1996 through 30 September 1997. The two option years begin 01 October 1997 through 30 September 1999.
