The Strategic Systems Programs intends to procure Global Positioning System (GPS) Translator Processors (GTP) to upgrade the TRIDENT I and TRIDENT II Missiles Flight Test Support Systems III (FTSS-III). These supplies and services include, but not limited to: (1) designing and documenting a strategic systems project alteration (SPLAT) to enhance the current FTSS-III; (2) developing factory test procedures, operation and maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and operational software for this SPALT; and (3) developing SPALT kits for the GTP upgrades and ready service kits for maintenance thereto Interstate Electronics Corporation (IEC) is the only known source having the detailed knowledge and experience to meet the Government's requirements.
