The U.S. Army is seeking sources for Long Term Life Cycle Support of AGCS EDS Systems (MDL GTD-5) located at DOD installations worldwide. The switch system, includes peripheral equipment, and system components, hardware,software, other manufacturers proprietary equipment, Automated Centralized Operation and Maintenance Systems (ACOMS), Telephone Management Systems (TMS), Automated Dial Assistance Service (ADAS). Services include: Depot Level Repair/Repair/Return, Remote Diagnostic/Emergency Technical Assistance 24 hrs a day 7 days a week including holidays, Field Service Support, Software and Hardware Upgrades and Enhancements, Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN) Applications, Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) Applications, Parts Acquisition, Training, and Technical Documentation. Provide on-line access to service database, Support all software releases. Contract Period of Performance is five years (Basic with four 12-month option years).
