The Strategic Systems Programs intends to procure depot level operation and maintenance training services for Test Instrumentation (TI) subsystems and interfaces supporting the Strategic Weapons Systems (SWS). These services include, but are not limited to: (1) identify, define, and recommend changes to the scope of the SWS TI training program; (2) provide SWS TI tactical training programs; (3) calibrate, install, and maintain on-site training equipment; and (4) monitor and evaluate hardware and software changes to the SWS training system. Interstate Electronics Corporation (IEC) is the only known source having the detailed knowledge and experience to meet the Government's requirements.
