Non-personal services to operate, maintain and provide logistical support for the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS) at Clear Air Station, Alaska and the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS) at Cavalier Air Station, North Dakota. For BMEWS the requirement includes operation of a Satellite Standard Base Supply System (SBSS), Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL), communications facilities, radar system consisting of 3 detection radars and one tracking radar, and civil engineering and environmental functions. At PARCS the requirement includes operation of an SBSS, communication facilities, radar system consisting of a phased-array radar and civil engineering and environmental functions.
