The purpose of this contract is to design a reporting system and analytical framework for classifying and synthesizing the outcomes of Public Health Special Project (PHSP) grants in order to depict the impact of the Program as a whole. A related purpose is to build consensus within the academic public health community around the importance of conducting outcome based evaluations and strategically disseminating Program results. All Schools of Public Health may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Solicitation will be issued on or about May 15, 1996.
