The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) requires the services of a contractor to provide a comprehensive microcomputer training program for PBGC staff (i.e., executives, managers, supervisors, all professions, and all front-line staff) at the PBGC state-of-the-art training facility. This comprehensive program includes conducting needs assessments, delivering classroom/small group/one-on-one instruction, developing curriculum for new corporate initiatives and evaluating the various components of the program. The standard courses to be provided include: Wordperfect, Lotus, Freelance Graphics, Microsoft Mail, Paradox, and Windows. The period of performance is estimated to be from date of award to September 30, 1996 with four one-year options for renewal.
