Zangwill, (301)443-2750 The Health Resources and Services Administration proposes to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with the Texas Consortium GECs, Balor College of Medicine, One Baylor Plaza Room M320, Houston, Texas 77030-3498 to organize, plan, develope and conduct a 3-4 day workshop to include logistical support, to enable key staff from Geriatric Education Centers to interact exchange information, share strategies, and jointly plan needed actions to accomplish GEC purposes. Texas Consortium GECs, Baylor College of Medicine is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. (c) (1). Only one source is available. A justification for other that full and open competition is on file.
