The United States Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration, has a requirement for iibrary services. The successful offeror will operate the U. S. Department of Labor Library that is located in the Frances Perkins Building in Washington, D.C. This library consists of the Main Library and the Law Library. Only one award is anticipated. The period of performance will be one year and there will be four one-year option periods. Offerors must submit written requests for the solicitation and those requests must reference the solicitation number(RFP L/A 96-20). The Government will consider requests from all responsible offerors that are small businesses. The small business size standard is $5 million and the SIC code is 8231. See Numbered Notes 1 and 26.
