Provide all supervision, labor and material to reroute green sink drains at the Milford Laboratory Facility, Milford, Connecticut. These drains are to be disconnected from sea water drain lines that lead to the harbor and redirected to the sanitary sewer lines via the facility lift station. There are a total of 37 sinks to be redirected; 19 on the first floor and 18 and the second. No drains on the ground floor shall be rerouted. Option Item for labor and material to furnish and install a new lift station. 1 JOB. Performance period is 45 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Place of performance is the US Department of Commerce, Milford Marine Laboratory, National Marine Fisheries, Milford, Connecticut. The government estimate for this work is between $25,000 and $100,000. Section L of the solicitation will include information on a Site Visit. This is the only available opportunity to visit the site. Bid, performance and payment bonds are required. Liquidated damages for this requirement are $100.00 per each day of delay.
