Project includes but is not limited to furnishing all material, labor and equipment necessary for the installation of a Storm Water Management System at the Dominick V. Daniels Facility, 850 Newark Turnpike, Kearny, NJ 07099-9996, as further described in plans and specifications. The work includes oil separation tank, detention basins, concrete, paving, etc. as further described in plans and specifications. It is recommended that all offerors visit the site. Proposals will be accepted from only those offerors who have attended the pre-proposal meeting. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be made on the base proposal amount. Offerors must submit a minimum of three (3) projects of similar size (dollar value) and scope of work (which were driven by environmental compliance requirements) with their proposals.
