Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and operations as required to repair the existing recreation facility at Beale AFB. Remodeling shall include a new metal roof, and where required, asbestos and lead abatement, demolition of existing walls, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems and construction of new architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire detection and alarm, computer network wiring and telephone wiring systems. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement will be issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. SIC Code 1542; Small Business Size Standard is 17 million. If you are a large business you will be required to submit a Subcontracting Plan. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 24 May 96. Plans and specifications will be furnished upon a written request on standard size stationary only. Each request must contain a money order, certified check, or cashiers check made payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $40.00. cash and/or personal/company checks are not acceptable. Refunds will be issued only if the project is canceled and not resolicited. Copies of plans and specifications will be provided to all non-profit Builders Exchanges who request a package in writing at no charge.
