There is also some minor door, louver and window replacement work associated with this project. The work is to be done at the U.S. Customs House, Baltimore, MD. Estimated cost of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. SIC Code 1761. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The following definitive responsibility criteria will be included in the solicitation: 1) The contractor shall be located within a 300 Km radius of the work site 2) The contractor shall have a bonded warehouse, a metal shop and a material storage yard. 3) The contractor shall be approved by the roofing materials manufacturer with a minimum of 4 years experience installing the specified product. The contractor shall submit written evidence, from the membrane manufacturer that he has been an approved applicator for 4 years and that he is eligible to provide the guarantee.
