The scope of work includes but not limited to: removal of existing roofing, insulation, flashing and metal fascia, including items identified as containing asbestos, new roof insulation and tapered edge strips, adhered EPDM rubber membrane, roof drains, wood blocking, roof flashing for mechanical trades and facia and cap flashing. The estimated bid opening date is June 21, 1996. The period of performance is estimated at 90 days from notice to proceed. The dates as stated are estimated and will be finalized in the IFB.
