Project consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to install accessories on 7 existing Xerxes Corporation fuel tanks at the DLA Scotia New York Depot and performing various repair operations. Accessories to be installed on the existing fuel tanks includes fiberglass reservoirs, hydrostatic monitoring systems, and new fuel gauges. Work involves replacing the existing fuel dispensing system with a new vapor recovery fuel dispensing system, repairing the concrete surfaces demolished to do the work, performing fuel system testing for system certification, and making the all systems operational. Only a firm with documented experience, complete knowledge of all applicable state and federal regulations and possessing all license, certifications and/or certificates necessary to meet the regulatory requirements will be allowed to work with and make the systems operational. This procurement is unrestricted.
