This work includes: the removal of existing irrigation sprinkler heads, valves, controls, mains; installation of new storm sewer and inlets, subdrains, sump pumps and piping for electrical manholes. New irrigation system to include heads, valves, mains, laterals, controls, and sodding of all disturbed areas. Also included in the project are removal and replacement of settled concrete, pavement and sidewalk cleaning, routing and sealing of all joints and cracks in existing pavement. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. This action is considered full and open competition. SIC Code 1629 applies. The magnitude for this project is $250,000 to $500,000.
