Part may be machined from forging or machined from stock. The government does not own forging dies. 100% penetrant inspection required for all forgings in accordance with (IAW) AMS2645. Shot peen exterior surface to a .010A intensity IAW MIL-S-13165 using stainless steel shot. Holes must be protected from peening by masking or may be machined after peening. Dimensional limits apply after Anodic Coating and before painting. Heat treat parts manufactured with alternate material to condition T73 or T73511 IAW MIL-H-6088. Finish: Anodize IAW MIL-A-8625, Type II, CL I. Finish IAW MIL-F-7179, using Epoxy primer M23377-12 and Urethane coating M85285-I-36375. (0128)
