This is a three year, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with FOB destination. Use of the schedule will be on a non mandatory basis. Anyone considering sumbitting an offer is advised to review the Solicitation thoroughly. Significant changes: Since the issuance of the basic Solicitation for schedule 66 II C, the GSA Federal supply service has initiated many new clauses which make Contracting for the applicable items and ordering awarded items easier for all concerned. Innovative clauses such as one that allows for new Technologies, and a clause that contains the ability to have the awarded items listed and easily ordered in GSA'S computer shopping network (GSA advantage) are just some of the new ways GSA is doing business. There is also now a 1% charge for doing business on our schedules based on total quarterly sales. The transmittal of this first open Season Solicitation will be via diskette, utilizing word forwindows, version 6.0. The Solicitation will be issued on or about may 23, 1996 and the closing date is June 25, 1996, 3:30 P.M.. late BIDS will be processed in accordance with FAR 14.304 and 15.412.
