The purpose of this announcement is to survey current industry capabilities and to develop a list of potential sources for a commercial off the shelf item production contract. Contractors who have a commercially available item are requested to respond.The hand held electrical conductivity meter is used to measure electrical conductivity on metal structures on AF weapon systems. The operator must be able to hold the instrument in one hand or wear it in a strap-on pack while performing inspections. The instrument must function from both battery and 120 volt AC power. ea.
