As a result of feedback received during the JSIMS Pre-Proposal Conference held 29 April 1996, the JSIMS Joint Program Office (JPO) hereby requests all Prime contractors, that anticipate submitting a proposal, declare their intention to participate in the JSIMS acquisition effort. The JPO intends to host meetings with all declared contractor teams for the purpose of obtaining feedback aimed at improving the JSIMS RFP and possibly initiating a process to narrow the field of competing offerors to a group of ''highly qualified'' contractors.
