A -- OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FOR THE NUCLEAR EFFECTS LINK SIMULATOR (NELS II) DUE 062096 POC Timothy Houston, Negotiator, (703) 325-1469, Daniel R. Gonzales, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-6684. Contract effort will include but not be limited to providing for the operation, calibration, training, maintenance, repair, and transportation of the NELS II Communications Link Simulator. Test support varies from simple delivery, set up and calibration of the NELS II for a knowledgeable user to complete operations and data analysis. Contractor personnel will require DoD security clearances of SECRET - RD. Contemplated period of performance is 36 months with a projected start date of 1 Aug 96. The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) plans to award this contract to Lockheed-Martin Corporation, Astro Space Division, P.O. Box 800, Princeton, NJ 08543-0800.
