Eglin Air Force Base has a requirement for Timber Stand Improvement. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all personnel, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision, to perform all operations by mechanically cutting the sand pine and scrub oak trees which consist of 17 areas with approximately 1,935 acres. The performance period will be 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This requirement is reserved as a 100% small business set-aside. Businesses must have had average annual gross receipts of $5 million or less for the last three years to qualify as small businessess as defined by The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 0851, Forestry Services.
