Support includes, but not limited to, current and future native Banyan VINES and ENS networking operating systems. This support is for VINES and ENS network operating software and VINES software options running on Banyan network servers and/or Banyan certified platforms regardless of the internal components of the servers whether manufactured by Banyan or third party vendors. Services will be broken out to different levels of support which may include Centralized Telephone Support, Remote Dial-In Support, On-site Assistance, VINES/ENS software Upgrades and Documentation, Software Upgrades for BeyondMail, VINES technical information, Automated Tracking System and Emergency Banyan Support Services.
