The Federal Communications Commission is seeking sources to provide a Help Desk/Customer Learning Center. The Contractor would be required to provide a variety of services, all of which are intended and designed to foster end-user self sufficiency. At a minimum, the Contractor would respond to specific hardware/software problems and provide assistance on the use of any software or hardware feature. The Contractor would also be required to provide user training for all software applications that are utilized by the FCC. Comments should be received within fifteen (15) days of the notice. (0128)
