Scott, (513)366-2071 The EPA-National Health Environmental Effects Research Laboratory/Gulf Ecology Division (GED), located in Gulf Breeze Florida has a requirement for Security Services. The Gulf Ecology Division consist of four main laboratories and sixty support buildings on a 16.6 acre island. A uniformed guard shall be on duty 24 hours a day inclusive of legal federal holidays. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract with a base period of twelve (12) months and two twelve (12) month option periods. The base period and each term option will require approximately 4.20 person years of effort. The procurement will be processed as a total 100% small business set-aside, using FAR Part 14.
