All firms responding to the original synopsis for this procurement need not submit their requests again. This is a facilities support construction contract to provide and secure by means of an Indefinite Quantity Price Contract, services for repairs to existing pavements, pavement striping, airfield markings, and concrete work, complete and ready for use. The work includes all necessary labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision to perform; (1) Repair bituminous paved areas, by installation of new or combination of new and recycled bituminous materials, restoration of areas with topsoil, and sealing pavement cracks; (2) Installing concrete curbing, sidewalks, roadways, and handicap access walks; (3) Pavement surface preparation, sawcut and remove blacktop and concrete, removal of existing striping by approved means, and incidental related work; (4) Stripe or restripe pavement, including but not limited to: roads, special airfield markings, parking stalls, stop lines, athletic courts, handicap symbols, directional arrows, crosswalks, cross hatching, and interior and exterior safety markings. Performance period is for 12 months with two (2) 12 month options, to be exercised by the Government if found to be in its best interest. FAR Clause 52-217-5 ''Evaluation of Options'' and FAR Clause 523-217-8 ''Option to Extend Services'' are included in this acquisition. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1611. The related Small Business Size Standard is $17.0 million annual receipts for preceding three fiscal years.
