DESCRIPTION OF WORK--The work includes removal of existing concrete curb and construct secondary containment for approx. 600 gallon AST, removal of canopy, concrete slab, fence, gate slab and replace with new. Construct concrete berms at various sites and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 90 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--It is recommended the subcontracting plan goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business subcontracting effort.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office.--A fee will be charged for all plans and specs. Each set will cost $13.00.
