This is an indefinite quantity contract with fixed unit prices. The guaranteed minimum amount of work to be ordered is $50,000.00 and the maximum amount of work to be ordered is $500,000.00. Term of the contract is a base period of twelve (12) months or until the maximum amount has been ordered, whichever occurs first, with two (2) one year option periods.
