The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for the design, manufacture and delivery of seven (7) each Excitation Systems and Appurtenances. The Excitation Systems shall include, but not be limited to, power potential transformer cubicle including primary terminal compartment, 13.8 kV current limiting fuses and power potential transformer, regulator/rectifier cubicles including thyristor bridges and voltage regulators, accessories, spare parts, all miscellaneous equipment and supplies including any necessary devices mounted external to the excitation equipment, training courses and field testing performed by an Erecting Engineer. Delivery shall be F.O.B. destination. This is a Civil Work Program procurement and is not funded by the Department of Defense. It is estimated that the solicitation will be issued on 24 June 1996.
