This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation number N00600-96-R-2444 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 38. (VII) Delivery is to be made FOB destination to: the Navy Band Fleet Support Unit (UIC:N35392), Bldg. 3137, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Norfolk, Virginia 23521. Delivery required to destination by 01 July 1996. Complete inspection for confirmation with contract requirements and final acceptance will be made at ultimate destination.
