The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to contract with the USBI Division of United Technologies, Huntsville, AL to conduct a study of the potential to adapt the Deployable Wing (TM) for the stand-off delivery of ordnance to the surf zone. Only USBI can conduct this study since the Deployable Wing is proprietary to USBI, and there is no design information available to the government to support performance of the required analyses.
