Bechtel Nevada is surveying for qualified sources to assess the credibility of communicated extortion threats, and other incidents as directed. Requirements may include: Participation in credibility assessment operations; exercises; training; development of behavioral assessment techniques; and participation in working group meetings as appropriate. A Department of Energy Q-clearance is required. Determination of qualified sources will include past and present experience of the firm and personnel.
