This equipment comprises approximately 80% of the NUWC LAN/WAN Communications Network (NUWCNET) and includes Access-One Hubs with Ethernet, Asynch, Supervisor, Maxtalk, Bridge and Router Modules. NUWCNET's control and monitoring center employs Ungermann-Bass Networks Inc.'s Netdirector SNMP management platform for configuration and real time monitoring of all NUWC Detachments (located in Newport, RI, New London, CT, West Palm Beach, Fla.). The following services will be provided under this Remote System Support/Maintenance contract. (a) Toll-free access to U.B. Networks Inc. trouble/help desk, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (b) Software fixes and updates to all hardware, including XNS & TCP Netdirector for OS/2 Software, ASM700 & ASM701 Supervisor modules, ASM320 & ASM324 Ethernet modules, ASM100 ASYNCH Terminal Server modules, ASM7100 Maxtalk modules, XNS and TCP Protocol Stacks (c) U.B. on-line support via World Wide Web Service (d) Technical journal subscription, which provides answers to technical questions in a periodic newsletter (e) ''Fax Advisor, which provides the latest equipment information via the Fax (f) On-site Advisor Subscription, which provides solutions to equipment problems in a periodic newsletter.
