This contract is to be a sole-source cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to Southwest Research Institute (SWRI) for the period of three years plus one option year for technical services relating to SABER. This contract will require SWRI to complete development of the SABER unit from its current SABER 0 design through 0.5 to the complete SABER 1.0 unit.
