The selected contractor will have the capability to augment base operating support personnel such as military civil engineering and services personnel at a deployed location anywhere in the world. The contractor will provide planning, programming, and deployment to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of military facilities and resources employed at noncombatant deployed areas on an as needed basis. The general scope of work will include pavements, facilities to include power production/distribution, HVAC, POL distribution systems, food service, lodging, laundry, refuse, EOD, and other support services necessary for a military operation.
