She can be reached at Area Code (612) 370-2128 The USDA, Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), International Services (IS), Brownsville, Texas intends to acquire aircraft services for aerial release of sterile mexican fruit flies. Services shall include one pilot, gas, aircraft maintenance, cleaning of aircraft and all necessary permits. Pilot based at Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, International Airport. Average of 2 to 3 flights per day, 3 days a week. Contract period October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997, with the option to extend for an additional 3 year period. A fixed price contract.
