V -- HELICOPTER FLIGHT SERVICES SOL 8096-18. Contact Toni Musgrove, Contracting Officer, 208-387-5762. Contractor will be required to be certificated under 14 CFR, Chapter 135, Air Taxi Operators and Commercial Operators. Furnish on call flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of helicopters in support of the Idaho Fish and Game wild animal census and capture program at various locations throughout the State of Idaho. Government anticipates award of multiple contracts which will extend for a one year period beginning September 1, 1996 through August 31, 1997. The term of the contracts will be one year with options to renew for four additional years.
