Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to furnish, install, lease and maintain approximately 110 clothes washers and 113 clothes dryers (commercial type, not coin-operated) located in various location on Tyndall AFB, FL. Contractor shall clean dryer ducts twice yearly for above dryers. Includes repair service, which must be accomplished within 8 working hours of initial notification. Performance period for basic year is 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97. Option years thereafter (total of three) run with the fiscal year (1 Oct - 30 Sep).
