The project consists of 1) the removal of one 12,000 gallon gasoline UST, and one 550-gallon used oil UST, and one 550-gallon new oil UST; 2) the removal/disposal of three 8,000 pound capacity fore and aft underground hydraulic lift systems with in-ground hydraulic fluid reservoirs and all associated equipment and the removal/disposal of one 15,000 pound capacity fore and aft underground hydraulic lift system with a remote above ground hydraulic fluid reservoir and all associated piping and equipment, and the installation of two light duty, one medium duty, 2-post lift system, and one heavy duty, 4-post lift system at the Tyler Vehicle Maintenance Facility, Tyler, Texas, in accordance with plans and specifications. The underground storage tank removal and the vehicle lift replacement projects will not be conducted concurrently (construction of both projects may not overlap, the underground storage tank removal project must be complete prior to initiating the vehicle lift replacement project). Estimated cost range $160,000 - $180,000 and construction time is 150 calendar days. A 20% proposal bond is required on all proposals.
