Pre-solicitation Notice - Renovate Dining Hall and Upgrade Latrines, Camp Sherman, Ohio Army National Guard Base, Chillicothe, Ohio. Perform new construction and renovate existing dining facility at Camp Sherman Rifle Range located just outside Chillicothe, Ohio. Work involves renovating existing dining facility by upgrades in windows and doors, installing a heating system, installing a roof ventilation system, installing a dry wall ceiling and insulating, upgrading lighting, reworking electrical, mechanical, and sanitary lines. New construction will consist of building a latrine approximately 200 square feet adjacent to the mess hall. The latrine (restroom facilities) will be heated, water and electric lines run, and a septic system installed. The latrine will be built with CMU on a concrete slab connected to the dining facility. The cost of this project is estimated to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 3 June 1996.
