The Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan Area (Agency) is hereby requesting bids for the performance of all work necessary to construct 350+ space surface parking lot to service the Delmar MetroLink Station as specified in the Invitation for Bids, SB 2148, Construction of Delmar Park-N-Ride. The work to be performed under this contract includes demolition and removal of existing concrete and asphalt pavement; installation of drainage and lighting utilities; grading; asphalt paving; concrete curbing; landscaping; decorative fencing; security system; and a concrete sidewalk to connect the parking lot to the station platform. A 23% DBE participation goal has been established for this project.
