Also replace 10 manholes with new 54 inch diameter manholes, seal any voids between the new pipes and the manhole walls. Repair or replace manholes and 3,020 linear feet of a 15 inch sewerline at Old Madigan Army Medical Center. Plans and specs available on or about 28 May 96 at no charge per set.
