The proposed work includes providing all plant, labor, material, equipment and services necessary to Maintain South Ramp and Replace Asphalt NCO Drive. Maintain South Ramps requires removal, disposal of residue and replacement of approximately 6400 square yards of asphalt to include the removal of concrete tiedown blocks and to restripe the area. The Replace Asphalt NCO Drive requires the removal, disposal, replacement and pavement restriping of approximately 2300 square yards of asphalt. All work is at the Vermont Air National Guard Base, Burlington IAP, VT. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1611; related small business size is $17.0 M. The Magnitude of construction is $100,000 to $250,000. Completion date is 30 days after te acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed. Plans and Specifications will be available on 20 May 1996.
