The scope of this project is to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and services required to repair base sanitary sewer and stormwater systems, including the replacement and relining of existing lines, the repair of existing manholes and site work, as specified. The resultant firm fixed-price contract shall be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year (365 calendar days) and two option years. Individual delivery orders will be issued against the contract for specified work. There is a guaranteed minimum contract amount of $25,000 per year. The minimum delivery order amount shall be $10,000. The maximum delivery order amount is estimated at $600,000. This project may have some delivery orders with a $300,000 statutory cost limitation. Some of the work may require the contractor to work in restricted/controlled areas of Tyndall AFB. Phasing of work may also be involved in individual delivery orders. All delivery orders will be reviewed for asbestos/lead abatement requirements. Magnitude of the proposed contract will be between $1 million and $5 million. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.
