Furnish all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to reroof 31 buildings at Fort Pickett, VA. Work consists of removal of existing roofing materials down to the bare wood deck and then install new metal drip edge on all bldgs except SH-11. Government personnel will immediately replace any deteriorated woodwork on the deck. Contractor will then reroof the buildings with underlayment and strip shingles. Work also includes removal of any metal roof vents and replacing same on roof after reroofing, installing new Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) roofing, insulation, all flashings and gravel stops on type SH-11 buildings. Existing gutters and downspouts to remain. Magnitude of project is between $100,000 and $250,000. 20% bid bond required. The SIC Code is 1761 and the size standard is $7M. Performance time is 90 calendar days.
