The U.S. Army has a requirement for the furnishing of all service, labor, material, equipment and incidentals necessary to install four (4) Hoover 1000 gallons vault above ground storage tanks for distribution of petroleum products. The tanks shall be installed at Aguadilla Center, Ramey Center, Yauco Center, Ponce Center in strick compliance with manufacture's installation specifications.
