Golden, Colorado, is requesting sources along with pricing for annual
maintenance on Teleos Equipment located in Golden, CO; Washington, DC;
Loveland, CO; Montrose, CO; Salt Lake City, UT; Sacramento, CA;
Phoenix, AZ; Billings, MT; Watertown, SD; Bismarck, ND; Fort Peck, MT;
and Huron, SD. The annual maintenance will include on call telephone
support required for the maintenance of existing Teleos equipment and
for the reprogramming effort needed in existing Teleos equipment.
Western currently utilizes Teleos model-200 and model-20 switches to
satisfy data, voice, and video conferencing. System integration via
telephone support will include the following: Provide a
pre-certification package detailing all configuration profiles for the
model-20 and model-200. Certification will also include installing
current version of firmware on all systems. Provide telephone support
during problem situations. The time period to provide this support is
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a 4-hour response
time. Concerns having the ability to furnish the services described
herein are requested to give an affirmative response in writing
(including telephone number for a point of contact) to the procurement
office above within 15 days of publication. The proposed contract
action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to
solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR
6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabililty
to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of
intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all
proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is
issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of
publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A
determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract
based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of
the Government. Information received will normally be considered
solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive
