This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA). The quoter shall provide a description (including manufacturer, brand, and model no.) in sufficient detail to show that the product quoted meets the specifications included in this notice. If the end product(s) quoted is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in the clause entitled ''Buy American Act Supplies,'' the quoter shall so state and shall list the country of origin. The quoter shall state in their quote their size status for this procurement as well as whether they are minority or woman-owned. Selection and award will be made on an aggregate basis to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quoter. Technical acceptability will be determined by information submitted by the quoter providing a description in sufficient detail to show that the product quoted meets the Government's requirement. The period of time expected for the Contracting Officer to solicit/evaluate vendor quotes and issue the purchase order will be approximately 30 days from publication of this notice in the CBD. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
