Under the authority of FAR 6.302-5, the National Park Service (NPS) intends to enter into a non-competitive contract for a systemic analysis of its physical, cultural and pedagogical resources for their application to K-12 learning environment facilities planning and community development. Therefore, IAW authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 the Government intends to enter into negotiations on a non-competitive basis with Concordia, Inc., within 30 days after the publication of this notice. However, all information received by this agency shall be considered. A determination not to open the requirement to competition based on responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the agency.
